Common Myths
- You Need Talent WRONG! Children do this! You can use our stamps (over 100), stencils, tracing paper, etc. to create your masterpiece. Our staff will walk you through every step of the way!
- It's Expensive WRONG! We charge only $10 PER DAY studio fee (covers cost of paints, clear glazing, and firing) plus price of your piece. Take as long as you like and paint as many pieces as you like... still only $10. (Most other studios charge $8/hr PLUS a per item glazing/firing fee). If you cannot complete your piece in one sitting, leave it with us and return to finish it another time, but pay only $5 studio fee.
- It's Just More Clutter WRONG! All of our wares, once glazed and fired, are food-safe, microwave and dishwasher safe (totally functional... not just pretty) Go ahead... use it!
- It's Intimidating NAW, we're really friendly and helpful. We'll even offer you a hot or cold beverage. We'll explain how everything works, give you a demonstration, and lend a hand whenever you need it.
- You Need an Imagination NO, we have lots of books, magazines, stencils, and stamps which means you really don't need to think at all!
